I'm a seeker,
an explorer, and a guide in yoga and meditation
My life’s journey has fueled a deep and endless desire, to understand and heal myself through all things wellness – movement, meditation, mindfulness, food, nature, psychology, philosophy... the list goes on.
I teach for Peloton amidst the energy of New York City, though my roots are in the laid-back beach town of Lennox Head, Australia.
I grew up a dancer, gymnast, and surfer so I have an infinity for the ocean and movement. I am a certified personal trainer who's studied integrative nutrition, and architecture. I've spent the last decade, however, diving into yoga, Buddhism, and meditation. I’m fascinated by how and why the brain works the way it does, and my studies and curiosity won't stop anytime soon. All of my interests somehow find their way into my classes.
My mission? To guide people back to their hearts and intuition, reminding each of us of our strength – mentally, emotionally, physically, and spiritually – often far beyond what we’ve been led to believe. I see it as a rebellious act to go against the grain, to return home to your heart, and to walk to the beat of your drum… and I’m here to encourage it, and walk beside you.
I bring a unique blend of Yogic and Buddhist philosophy, science, compassion, and awareness to every practice, topped with a bit of rebellious spirit. My approach? It’s all about balance, deep connection, and making these practices accessible. Whether you're here to move, meditate, or explore layers of yourself, I’m here to help you tap into your potential and make wellness a way of life.
